Surfer IPA is brewed in Madrid. The expert techniques, processes and craftmanship employed by the brewery bring forth a premium drinking experience. This expertise in the art of brewing combined with high quality raw materials, water and a superb recipe produce a finely tuned beer, refreshing and easy to drink with a relatively low alcohol content. Surfer IPA gives an incredibly smooth drinking experience compared with other beers in the same category without losing any of the qualities that define an IPA beer.
Production Process
Brewing is controlled to achieve an alcohol content of 4.8% which is relatively low compared to other beers of the same style. A unique light golden colour. Natural and selected hops and ale yeast are used. The bitterness of OCEAN BEER IPA comes exclusively from natural hops, no extracts or supplements are added. The light bitterness of this IPA is achieved by the balance of hops added at four different stages of brewing in order to also take advantage of their antioxidant and antibacterial properties, enhancing the beer’s stability and healthful characteristics.
Tasting Notes
Tropical fruits, citric, pine resin, white flowers, and a touch of fresh bread. Medium-high intensity and very refreshing. Hopped and well balanced.
